Our Maintenance Contracts...
are designed to help our customers budget for any unexpected outlay on their property.
Cover ranges from a basic heating and plumbing breakdown to a more comprehensive cover; including boiler replacement, controls and drainage. We can offer cover to suit everyones' needs.
Our engineers are on call for any plumbing related emergencies seven days a week and can usually fix the problem during the first visit.
If you are a letting agent or a landlord our engineers can pick up keys whilst your tenant is at work, to make your and their life easier.
We are flexible about appointment times and understand that it is not always
possible to take time off work.
